Breakfast menu and serving times

Breakfast Table:
Freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, dried fruit, prunes, nuts, sunflower seeds, prunes, figs, grapefruit, cheeses, freshly cut fruit, organic natural yoghurts.

Breakfast Menu

  • Ulster Breakfast:Bacon & sausages (local producer), fried egg, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding (Staunton's of Cork), potato/soda breads.

  • Locally Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs served with toasted wheaten bread

  • Specialist Sausages: Wild boar and apple sausages (locally produced) served with pan fried mushrooms and tomatoes.

  • Belfast Stack: Potato bread, black pudding, tomato, scrambled eggs, topped with very crispy bacon - a smaller Ulster, stacked

  • Eggs Hollandaise Toasted wheaten, poached eggs draped with smoked salmon and glazed with a rich hollandaise sauce

  • Eggs:Boiled/poached/scrambled (free range duck and guinea fowl eggs when available)

  • Omelettes: A choice of plain, cheese, mushroom or smoked salmon

  • Porridge: Oatmeal drizzled with Dundrum honey, fresh cream and Irish Mist liqueur

  • Breakfast Sundae: Layers of granola, organic yoghurt, bananas & apricots

Vegetarian Options

  • Vegetarian Ulster: Soya sausages, fried egg, tomato, mushrooms, potato & soda breads

  • Herb Scramble: Eggs scrambled with fresh basil/rosemary/chives, toasted bagel and cream cheese


  • Breads: Warm croissants, Danish pasteries, pain au chocolate
    Wheaten bread. Toast - white or granary
    Home made whiskey marmalade and raspberry jam


  • Tea: Regular or herbal
  • Coffee:Filtered or Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Latte

Supper Menu

We offer a small evening menu of soup with wheaten bread (both home made), sandwiches and salad for guests served between 6.30 - 7.30 Monday to Friday.
