Breakfast Menu

  • Ulster Breakfast: Locally produced bacon & sausages, tomato, black pudding by Staunton’s of Cork, potato & soda breads, fried egg and mushrooms

  • Specialist Sausages: Served with pan fried mushrooms and tomatoes (Choose from; venison, wild boar & apple, or saddleback pork & sun dried tomato)

  • Shredded duck en cocotte: oven baked eggs with shredded duck confit and fresh herbs

  • Belfast Omelette The ingredients of an Ulster in an open omelette

  • Eggs:Scrambled with Irish smoked salmon & toasted wheaten, Omelettes; mushroom or cheese or smoked salmon, Boiled, poached or coddled (coddled eggs take 7 minutes)

  • Porridge: Oatmeal drizzled with honey, fresh cream and Irish Mist liqueur or with warm fruit compote

Vegetarian Options

  • Portobello mushroom melt: Portobello mushrooms stuffed with tomato, cheese and herbed breadcrumbs

  • Vegetarian Breakfast:Vegetarian sausages, fried egg, tomato, mushrooms, potato & soda breads

  • Herb Scramble: Eggs scrambled with fresh basil, rosemary, mint & chives, served with a toasted bagel and cream cheese


  • Breads: Warm croissants/danish pastries/pain au chocolate, home-made wheaten bread, Toast – white or granary
  • Tea: Regular or herbal
  • Coffee:Filtered or Espresso & Hot Chocolate

We offer a small supper menu, all choices are home made, between 6.30 - 7.30pm Monday - Friday.
